Oatmeal Mash-Up Cookies

Happy Saturday! I am taking a break from grading and creating work to share a recipe for cookies I made yesterday. Quaranbaking has been challenging since finding flour is hard and I have slowed down my normal pace. I had this idea that I wanted to start a home business called Emergency Cookies where I specialized in just four kinds of cookies and delivered them locally while they were still warm. If I can find a more reliable source of flour, I may do it, but for now I will work on perfecting some recipes. Yesterday's cookies used a base recipe from Sally's Baking Addiction with my own changes. I was really happy with the results!
